Fresh Masa Tortillas using Imported Mexican heirloom corn from the small villages of Oaxaca, Mexico. We cook the corn and let it steep overnight in lime stone in the traditional manner and then grind the par cooked corn to make Masa ( dough). We then press the tortillas and give them a quick cook on cast iron flat top.
